All rates are quoted in Swiss Francs. The the legally imposed tourist tax and also the cost for parking are not included. All prices apply for online bookings direct on our website, for bookings by phone or by email. Payment in cash, with EC-Direct or Postcard. All room rates in Swiss Francs per room and night.

The rates quoted include:

  • all seasonal Alex-Extras*, if you book direct on the Hotel Alex website, per phone or per email.

Terms

  • Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am.
  • All Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs and exclude the legally imposed tourist tax and also the cost for parking.
  • All prices apply for online bookings on Website, for bookings by phone or by email. Payment in cash, with EC-Direct or Postcard.
  • All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.
  • We would like to point out that unfortunately we are not able to accept pets in the Hotel Alex.
  • Adults CHF 6.– per day
  • Children CHF 3.– per day
  • Parking space CHF 7.– per day
  • Indoor car-park CHF 12.– per day
  • The spa centre at the Hotel Alex is a quiet area of relaxation and nudity.  Children under the age of 14 are not admitted.
  • Opening hours daily from 4 pm to 7.30 pm.
  • Use of the spa centre is included in the room price.  The whirlpool baths are not included; they take tokens.

Your reservation is considered confirmed when we have received a deposit or guarantee of a credit card in the circumscribed amount. We ask all our guests to return a signed copy of the confirmation received.

  • Cancellation of your reservation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival without charge.
  • At Christmas and New Year a cancellation of your reservation is possible up to 30 days before arrival without any costs.
  • For bookings of more than 3 rooms, separate regulations and additional charges may apply.
  • In case of early departure, the price of 1 night will be added to the cost of the nights booked.
